OUR STORY

I have started our business as young motivated entrepreneur pharmacist in regulatory affairs professionals through company RA ON CALL.

In order to achieve USP(Unique Selling Proposition) in 2017 I opened our drug store Stability to apply blue sky thinking in Regulatory convergence and market demand awareness.

Re-branding was on 2023.

In the beginning of 2023, The decision to rebrand from Stability Drug Store to 180 Degree Drug Store was made to signify a significant shift in the company’s vision, values, and approach.

The new name sets the company apart from competitors and positions it as a unique and innovative player in the pharmaceutical sector.

It signals that the company is willing to challenge conventions, embrace change, and provide cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers.

The rebranding opens up opportunities for strategic growth and expansion into new markets and segments by adding new services.

INTRODUCTION TO JORDAN

Jordan is an Arab country located in the north of the Arabian Peninsula, west of Asia. It occupies an area of about 92 000 km2, with an estimated total population of about 9.5 million, most of whom reside in the capital, Amman. Jordan is the gateway to the Middle East and one of the most attractive countries in the world for medical investments and hospital resorts. The number of doctors in the Kingdom has reached more than 35,000 Jordanian doctors, and many of them have obtained international certificates from the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Germany and other countries of the world, in addition to the presence of cadres Qualified and trained nurses to provide health care services to patients.

Health Sector

The health care system in Jordan consists of 2 main sectors:

The public/semipublic sector and the private sector. Both sectors include hospitals, primary care clinics, pharmacies, and other ancillary services.
There are around (106) hospitals in Jordan that provide services to Jordanian and non-Jordanian patients. The number of private hospitals is (71) hospitals, while government hospitals number (33) and the military (15) hospitals and (2) university hospitals. These hospitals offer various medical specialties to patients, including cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, cancer treatment, infertility treatment,
eye diseases, cosmetology, psychiatry, addiction and other medical specialties.

In Jordan there are about 2500 pharmacies across the country. Community pharmacies, either pharmacist-owned or within pharmacy chains, are the most common pharmaceutical facilities here. Jordan is considered a gate in regulatory affairs for other countries to access their markets, and as stop point to launch pharma products to other territories. In 180˚ Drug Store, we are trying to penetrate our region by full adoption to patient/customer needs.
